When renovation is prohibited

In Moscow, noisy renovation work in an apartment building is prohibited from 19:00 to 09:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00. Renovation is also prohibited on Sundays and non-working public holidays. Permitted periods for an ordinary building are from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00 on weekdays and Saturdays.
